If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges / Replacements

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

For size exchanges, items must be returned in original condition before a replacement is shipped.

How to Start a Return
Email us at bradfobib@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide next steps and return instructions.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your bank.
